A -- NUCLEAR PLANNING SYSTEMS TARGET DATA FEED POC Donyale DeShazo, Negotiator, (703) 325-0847, Edward Archer, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-5028 Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) intends to modify DSWA contract DSWA01-96-C-0003 awarded to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). The modification to the Nuclear Planning Systems Target Data Feed (NPS TDF) shall involve analysis, research, investigation, and integration of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Nuclear Planning System (NNPS) with Microsoft Power Point software as a presentation medium for briefings by Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) supporting the nuclear consultation process. More specifically, the modification shall provide DSWA with an annotated briefing and technical report that details development of the Nuclear Consultation Subsystem (NCS) and includes recommended sample slides for the briefs. DSWA intends to award this contract modification to SAIC as the most cost effective and feasible manner to get this effort accomplished. See Note 22.
