The content of the original description is included here: The Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Norfolk, Virginia intends to acquire the following services: Phase I addresses Section 312 (Tier II updates). The CONTRACTOR shall conduct at least a two-day site visit to collect any updated information necessary to complete the Tier II form for NAS Oceana covering calendar year 1997. Phase II of the work addresses Section 313 (Form R updates). The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for compiling the data and information necessary to meet the regulatory requirements of Section 313 of the Emergency Planning Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA), taking into account the applicable exemptions outlined in the referenced documents. Task due dates are: Tier II -- 2/23/98; Draft Form R -- 6/1/98; Form R and Process Coding Updates: 6/15/98. Requests for specifications may be submitted verbally by telephoning (757) 322-4139.
