Diane Crocker, Fax 360/396-7036 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport intends to solicit utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for an annual support agreement for environmental support services. Knowledge and experience with 49 CFR to support common waste manifests and shipping requirements is needed. Knowledge and experience with DD1348s is required. Report writing, data extraction, and data entry skills are required for Keyport's Environmental Management Information System (EMIS), an Oracle database, to support Washington State Dangerous Waste reporting requirements. The performance period shall be for a one year period from date of award. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. A written Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall be issued on or about 20 January. Award shall be made on or about 01 Feb 98. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. Only fax requests for the RFQ will be accepted.
