Denard, Contract Specialist, 703/681-0604 The National Guard Bureau proposes to award a simplified acquisition to Indestructible Inc., Burke, Virginia, to provide follow-on analytical services for the Army National Guard's Strength Management and Attrition Model Survey. The Deployment/Attrition Impact Survey is an extension of the Strength Management and Attrition Model Survey to monitor the effects deployment has on attrition. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered an RFP. No solicitation will be issued. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2303(c)(1), and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
