McCloskey Voice (410) 293-3520 The United States Naval Academy intends to purchase two Interocean Systems S4 Current Meters with 128K Memory, Thermistor Temperature, Inductive Conductivity 0-70 mS/cm, Depth Sensor and OBS Sensor. It is the intention of the Government to award a contract on a sole source basis to Interocean Systems, 3540 Aero Court, San Diego, CA 92123. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
