The U.S. Army Topographic Engineering Center intends to procure on a sole source basis from DBA Systems, Inc., hardware, software, operation and maintenance support for three Modernized Imagery Exploitation Systems (MIES). These systems are custom built, one-of-a-kind and are of a non-production nature. The services will include, but not limited to, maintenance support, on-site field engineering, training, administrative, factory hardware and software support, factory repair and contractor depot re-supply support.
