The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to perform field surveys for Great Gray Owls within the indetified survey areas. All work shall be performed as directed in "Great Gray Owl Survey Protocol". All call stations within each area will be identified by the Government prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
