The VAMC Salisbury, NC will be negotiating a lease with Carolinas HealthCare System to provide space for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. This commercial item acquisition is for radiology services to be provided by a JCAHO approved facility. These services will be on an as-needed basis, for only those veterans seen and referred by a practitioner at the Charlotte Community Based Outpatient Clinic which will operate Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm and Saturday, 8am -4pm. The contractor providing radiology services should provide services during the same hours of operation. If your firm is located at/near University Medical Park, 101 W. T.
