of Investigation (FBI) has a need to renew CDB Infotek on-line data
services for Fiscal Year (FY) 1998, by placing a delivery order against
the Library of Congress/Fedlink Basic Ordering Agreement #98CLFB70034
-- The FBI intends to renew the subscription with CDB Infotek for the
continued services to locate individuals, to perform background checks
on companies and determine the relationships between businesses and
individuals as related to civil, criminal, and financial
investigations. CDB Infotek is a provider of on-line investigative
public record information. Over 2.5 billion local, regional and
national records are accessible virtually 24 hours a day using a
computer and modem. It is believed that there is no other sources
capable of providing the required services. Destination: Within the 48
contiguous states, the District of Columbia, and Hawaii, Alaska, and
the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico-Any interested party capable of meeting
the FBI requirement should submit evidence of capabilities within 30
calendar days of this notice -- GSA or other schedule information, and
associated information to permit a full and complete evaluation should
be submitted -- All responsible sources will be considered -- No
solicitation document will be issued -- Oral communications are not
acceptable and will not be honored -- This order is contingent upon the
