S -- - NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO TWO CROW ENIVRON., CONSULTANTS. Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Two Crow Environmental Consultants. Purpose of contract is to provide scientific consulting services for the Fisheries Oceanography Coordinated Investigated program (FOCI program). Two Crow Environmental Service principal investigator is an internatioally recognized expert in the field of fisheries oceanography. PI is also recognized expert in the Bering Sea ecosystem. Sources responding to this notice must possess a minimum Ph.D. in fisheries/oceanography.
