X -- LODGING AND CONFERENCE FACILITIES SOL MDA410-98-Q-0008 POC Vicki Liedel, (703) 696-3852, x1411 The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires lodging, meeting rooms and meals for four (4) different task force groups, from 28 Jun through 24 Jul 98. The lodging and meeting rooms must be located at the same facility and within a 45 mile radius of Providence International Airport. The dates and number of participants are as follows: 28 Jun-3 Jul -- Fifteen (15) participants, sleeping rooms and breakfasts/lunches; 1 meeting room. 5 Jul-10 Jul -- Thirty (30) participants, sleeping rooms and breakfasts/lunches; 2 meeting rooms. 5 Jul-15 Jul -- Fifteen (15) participants, sleeping rooms and breakfasts/lunches; 1 meeting room. 19 Jul-24 Jul -- Fifteen (15)participants, sleeping rooms and breakfasts/lunches; 1 meeting room. The equipment required for all sessions is: overhead projector, VCR w/monitor and flipchart. The vendor shall also supply paper, pencils and markers for each session.
