Remove paint from upper interior brick. Replace any cracked, broken or missing brick. Seal Masonry cracks in lighthouse interior brick wall. Replace entrance door and frame and replace 10 wood window units, interior and exterior, and prep and paint the lighthouse exterior brick where damaged from removal and installation of new. Clean out vents and ventilator ball and install and replace screens. Location of this job is Cape Lookout Lighthouse, Atlantic Beach, NC. The estimated range is between $25,000 and $100,000.00.
