Belvoir, VA is conducting a world wide market survey of vendors who shall provide the U.S. Army with the electronics unit for the NV-80 B-Kit. The elecronics unit must be a non-developmental item and must mate with the NV-80 B-Kit. Vendors must have a broad experience in the field of electronics units as well as adequate fabrication and test facilities to warrant pre-production testing and limited procurement of Electronics Units. For consideration, each of the above elements must be individually addressed by all respondents. Data to include prior testing of electronic units must be furnished to support responsiveness to the nondevelopmental effort. The Government will provide for pre-production testing and resultant acquisition of the electronic unit. (0006)
