The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-02. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification is 5045, and the small business size standard is 100 employees. UNICOR Federal Prison Industries, Inc. Intends to enter into a firm-fixed price, definite delivery type contract for the following commercial item: CLIN 0001: AV52/6420 Quad CPU Board with 4 processors and 7016 128 Meg of memory for a Avion 5200 series computer. Qty: 8 each. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination to:UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, 320 First St., N.W., Washington, D.C. 20534 4th Floor ATTN: Mr. Bill Morrow, MISB. Delivery: 30 calender days after receipt of order is the maximum acceptable to the Government. Offerors may indicate on the offer a shorter delivery time which shall be evaluated. FAR Provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer.
