RFQ No. DACW57-98- Q-0056 is available on or about 14 Jan 98 with a closing date of on or about 25 Jan 98. Each respondant shall provide a technical report, including sketches, analyses, etc.; a response and resolution of review comments; and minutes of all meetings between the contractor and the Corps of Engineers. The purchase order will be awarded to that offeror whose proposal and price based upon a subjective evaluation is determined to best meet the requirements of the RFQ.
