The maintenance program needs to include the following: customer training in the calibration, maintenance and repair of VA's prism cameras; customer diagnostic software; customer service documentation covering maintenance and repair procedures, schematics, parts listing, etc.; quality assurance reviews on equipment; telephone support when VA bio-med staff needs additional support to fix equipment; on-site response service when VA bio-med staff can't fix equipment; parts support agreement; access to special service tools; and part ordering/part identification services. Interested parties should submit, in writing, a description of their maintenance program to the Contracting Officer named above.
