Q -- PRIMARY MEDICAL SERVICES SOL 544-014-98 DUE 022798 POC Contract Specialist, Elaine Grant, (803) 695-6843 Contractor shall provide Primary Medical Care Services in the Florence, SC area to assigned veterans. The assignment of veterans to the clinic will be determined by the William Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center, Columbia, SC, who will authorize such services in writing. The Contractor shall provide the following services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and provisions of the solicitation for one year from the date of award with two option year renewals. Base year level of 3,200 veterans will be at base unit contract price. Subsequent workload in Optional Year One and Two will be base unit price with volume discount for 3,200. All other pre-approved tests that fall outside the Primary Care and Mental Health scope of work shall be billed according to current Medicare rate. Primary care and mental health includes preventive health care measures, all laboratory, radiological studies and interpretation, medical care and treatment. Pricing is based on a per capita basis and will represent "all inclusive"care. Contractor shall see the assigned patients as scheduled by Dorn VAMC.
