Construct connector corridors (82 GSM) to existing hospital. Addition consists of masonry wall construction with SSMR. Renovate interior (1,572 GSM) of the main medical facility (Building 700) to provide adequate space for radiology and laboratory and to functionally connect the main facility with the new addition. Building exterior to match the existing base architecture. Work to include all necessary utilities, communication and building systems to meet national building codes and render all functions complete and usable. Operation and maintenance manuals will be provided. Exterior site development to include landscaping compatible with base and local environment. Work includes demolition of two existing buildings, road and parking areas and pedestrian bridge to span across the creek between the medical warehouse and the main medical facility. Air conditioning approximately480 tons. Network Analysis will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $10,000,000 to $25,000,000.
