PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE -- The intention of this project is to
rehabilitate approximately 20,000 square feet of existing lawn
irrigation system. The new irrigation system shall be fully functional
two zone system and set on a control timer. The two zones will be set
according to the distribution of the existing main lines, and two
existing control valves located on the north side of the center next to
the pressure vacuum breaker assembly. The control valves will be
replaced with automatic control valves and set on a automatic
controller system. The automatic controller will be located inside the
reserve center building. The pressure vacuum breaker assembly will be
replaced with an equivalent or appropriate sized assembly. This is a
Small Business -- Small Purchase (SB-SP) Set-Aside. The estimated
construction cost (ECC) is between $25,000 and $100,000. The contract
duration is approximately 45 calendar days. The Standard Industrial
Code is 1799 and the related small business standard is $7,000,000.
