The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted, open to all small and large businesses. The Government will award a contract from this solicitation on the basis of the best value to the Government using price and past/present performance. Acceptable performance will be renovation projects to include mechanical, HVAC, electrical, exhaust systems and finishes or other similar work performed within the last three years. Proposed contract is between $500,000 and $1.0 Million dollars. Standard Industrial Code is 1522. Any concern responding to this solicitation is classified as a small business if the average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years to not exceed $17.0 Million dollars.
