The period of performance will consist of a base year and four (4) one (1) year option periods. All deliveries shall be made to the Mainside Wastewater Treatment Plant, Building 660, Marine Corps Combat Development Command, Quantico, VA 22134. A 2" quick connect to off-load at the storage tank shall be provided. All products shall be delivered Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM local time.
