The U.S. Army Topographic Engineering Center intends to procure on a sole source basis from the Oasis Research Center for advanced technology in spatial reasoning and information processing. The effort will support the advancement of algorithms performing local and regional/wide area analysis based upon behavioral, temporal and economic contexts. The effort will specifically address technologies and algorithms in terrain analysis and the analysis of global maritime fleet traffic. Algorithm development must be modular and software execution must be scalable and platform independent. The effort will utilize proprietary C* compiler libraries to achieve computational and software prototype objectives. The contractor must be knowledgeable of intelligence gathering platforms/sources, MC&G data sources and specifications and have current SCI clearances.
