It is the intent of this office to modify contract number DAAB12-95-C-0014 with Coleman Research Corporation of Orlando, FL to purchase one (1) Fasttrack FLIR Camera and integration onto Hand Held Standoff Mine Detector System (HSTAMIDS) currently being developed under the contract. This purchase is being made under the auspices of Other than Full and Open Competition in as much as Coleman Research Corporation is currently in the process of developing the HSTAMIDS onto which the camera will be integrated.
