Testing of B-1B Aft and Forward Hatch Remover Input Cartridges and
Actuator Assemblies, NSN: 1377-01-Various, Project: CC71003COE. Testing
to include labor, material, and equipment. Delivery: 120 days after
receipt of assets. Destn: IAW SOW To include all required reports and
data. Contractor has the original data obtained from the initial
acceptance and qualification testing, test fixtures, instrumentation,
data collection apparatus and conditioning chambers required to
function test these items. For this program to be useful in
verification of the existing assigned service life, it is necessary
that data generated be directly compared with that data which was
obtained from the initial qualification/acceptance test programs. The
approximate issue/response date will be 28 Jan 98. The anticipated
award date will be 19 Feb 98. Written procedure will be used for this

acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid,
proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. It is suggested that
small business firms or others interested in subcontracting
opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact
with the firm(s) listed. Request for copies of solicitations must
reference the entire solicitation number, including purchasing office
identification number. To expedite your request, limit the number of
individual solicitation numbers requested per letter to not more than
10. Don't request information on this requirement until after the issue
date. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or
potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this
acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the
authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to
communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and
recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When
requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the
source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the
evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested
