Instruction will be conducted in facilities located on Fort Hood. The ESTIMATED quantities are as follows: NCO Lead Instruction -- 21,100 Sessions; Computer Literacy Instruction -- 3,600 Sessions. The anticipated contract type is a firm fixed price requirements contract. There is a $25.00 charge for this solicitation.
