R -- CONTINUATION OF IN-PATIENT SURVEY SOL 002-201-8-0029 DUE 011698 POC Contact Maggie Alatervo, 907-729-2972 / 2977 Fax / Contracting Officer, Theresa Smith, 907-729-2970 The Alaska Area Native Health Service intends to procure the following requirement as a sole source acquisition from Solution Point, formerly known as NCG Incorporated, PO Box 292169, Nashville, TN 37229-2169: In 1993, Solution Point provided the initial survey tool, which was modified in collaboration with Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) staff, and subsequently approved by the U.S. Public Health Service. This award will be for the continuation of the inpatient survey which measures key initiatives linked to ANMC's Long Term Strategic Plan. The survey assists ANMC's leadership and clinical teams to improve the quality and value of its in-patient services. Information derived from this project will be used to establish customer performance standards in support of Executive Order 12862. The procedure to be used is Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated award and closing date is 16 January 1998. See Note 22. (0008)
