This is a market survey notice to determine if there are any qualified sources to provide full housing maintenance for housing areas, bachelor quarters, and guest houses at U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. Sources must be a public, private nonprofit or private charitable employer and should have a relationship with a county welfare agency in order to provide welfare recipients with experience, as well as education and job training. Contracotor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment to operate and manage a Self-Help Department and Work Order Department, execute a preventive maintenance plan (proposed by contractor and accepted by the Government), and perform routine maintenance tasks at housing areas, bachelor quarters, and guest houses. This includes three (3) general maintenance workers required to operate the above mentioned areas and they shall have the following mult- trade skills in order to train and give work experience to welfare recipients in the areas of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, carpet and resilient flooring, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and masonry repairs.
