U -- COMPUTER ADVANCED OCCUPATIONAL/VOCATIONAL TRAINING AT FCI, SHERIDAN, 27072 BALLSTON ROAD, SHERIDAN, OREGON 97378 SOL RFQ-230-0005-8 DUE 011598 POC Jennifer Brouillard, 510/803-2774 The Federal Correctional Institution located at Sheridan, Oregon has a requirement for a contractor to provide Computer Related Advanced Occupational/Vocational training courses for its inmate population. Interested parties must be accredited and listed in the directory entitled Accredited Institutions of Post-Secondary Education or be declared eligible it receive financial aide through the U.S. Department of Education. The service will include but is not limited to curriculum development and guidance, registration, financial aide advise, instruction, transcript/services, record keeping, and appropriate coucseling. The contractor, through on-site instructors shall be responsible for providing inmates with necessary information for enrolling in classes, establishing the coordinating program requirements, and coordinating affairs between the contractor and FCI, Sheridan. This modification extends the date for receipt of quotations to January 15, 1998. This contract will be issued for one base year and four option years, to be exercised at the governments unilateral decision. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that shall be considered.
