A pre-bid tour of the site will be held on March 2, 1998 at 2:00 PM. Prospective bidders should meet at the Juneau Ranger District Office, 8465 Old Dairy Road, Juneau. The price range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. There will be a base bid with three Additive Items. This project is being advertised on an unrestricted basis.
