Telephone No. 541/465-6506 A project to repair 5 sites where the road embankment has either slumped down or has been washed out on the Willamette National Forest, Rigdon Ranger District, Lane County Oregon. Work would include slope staking; the clearing of trees and brush from the sites; the removal of unsuitable material; the importing of borrow material; the removal and replacement of three culverts; finishing of the subgrade; furnishing and placing of aggregate from a commercial source; furnishing and placing of hot bituminous plant mix; seeding the disturbed areas; and the mobilization of all necessary labor and equipment to accomplish the work. Estimated start work date is March 23, 1998. Contract performance time is 90 calendar days. Government's estimate is between S25,000 and S100,000.
