The work consists of complete interior demolition and renovation of 5 existing open bay barracks (Building nos. 2119, 2122, 2123, 2124, 2127) and two existing latrine/shower facilities ( Building nos. 2120, 2125) located on Camp Blanding Training Site near Starke, Florida. Renovation includes converting the facilities to administrative space and expansion of latrine facilities on four of the barracks buildings( 2119, 2122, 2123, 2124). Work includes concrete, masonry walls, wood trusses, architectural woodwork, asphalt shingle roofing, roof accessories, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum windows, hardware, interior finishes, plumbing, heating-ventilating-air conditioning, electrical systems, and lighting. Work also includes other minor incidental items required to provide conversion of designated buildings complete and ready for use. Estimated magnitude of construction is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The Standard Identification Code (SIC) is 1542 with a size standard of $17 million. This procurement is unrestricted. Single award will be made as a firm fixed priced contract.
