Performance of this contract will require periodic testing, maintenance and repair of facilities fire suppresion systems to ensure operability. Contract delivery orders will be for various base facilities and some exterior water lines. The contract shall be for one base year plus four option years. The contract minimum guarantee shall be $15,000 for the life of the contract and $2,000,000 maximum per contract year. The solicitation will be issued on or about 27 January 1998. Proposal closing date will be on or about 27 February 1998. This procurement will be issued unrestricted with the small disadvantaged business bond evaluation preference.
