On a sole source basis to Hoffman Engineering, 8 River Bend Drive, Stanford, CN 06907, the Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the period FY-98 through FY-01 and to place a class of orders under that BOA for engineering services, spare and repair parts, materials and data, to repair, modify, calibrate and overhaul the ANV-126 Series, ANV-136 Series, and ANV-20/20 test sets. Hoffman Engineering is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of these test sets and the only firm possessing the requisite knowledge, specialized experience, technical capability, and technical data to meet Government requirements.
