Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225 intends to enter into a sole source contract to provide the following items: (1) 384 rolls of Com Film (32 per month) for ANACOMP Datagraphix XFP2000 COM Machines, Stock # E021596. (2) 192 rolls of Duplicator Film (16 per month) for ANACOMP Datagraphix Data Master II, Model 300V, Stock # X603061. (3) 192 filters (16 per month) for ANACOMP Datagraphix XFP2000 COM Machines, Stock # 1002075. All items will be provided by ANACOMP, Inc., 1815 Belt Way Drive, St. Louis, MO 63114. DITCO intends to award a 12-month contract with 4 option years. ISA-St Louis has a valid requirement to purchase film and filters to support the microfiche machines in the personnel Electronic Records Management (PERMS) area. PERMS is an automated system where military personnel records are stored in optical digital imagery. Microfiche is created in PERMS using the ANACOMP COM machines. ANACOMP, Inc. is the only known provider of the film and filters required. See Note 22. (0009)
