Engineering Center is requesting qualified sources to submit complete
proposals to competitively procure cartridge components for production
of approximately 40,000 cartridges, 40 millimeter: Non lethal, XM1006
with no energetic materials being sought. Pine Bluff Arsenal will
perform the loading, assembling and packing of the complete cartridge
using commercially produced projectile assemblies and high/low
adapters. Funding for this effort is subject to availability of funds.
Multiple awards are possible. Option quantities are being comtemplated
for this acquisition. The Government may award any resulting contract
to other than the lowest priced offeror, or other than the offeror with
the highest technical rating. Government reserves the right to make
either no award or one or more awards. Any responsible/interested
