R -- APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR AGRICULTURAL LANDS UNDER THE WETLANDS RESERVE PROGRAM, MADISON COUNTY, NEW YORK SOL NRCS-01-NY-98 DUE 020298 POC Nancy Lee, Contracting Officer (315) 477-6509 Appraiser will have to be a Certified General Property Appraiser for the State of New York proficient in appraising agricultural or rural lands. The area to be appraised will include landowners located in the Canastota Muckland Project area in Madison County, New York. A minimum of 35 and a maximum of 90 appraisals will be required over a two year period (February 1998 through December 1999). It is ancipated that a majority of the appraisals will be required during 1998. Orders will be placed on an "as needed" basis. Evaluation factors are as follows: Price (50%); Experience in Agricultural Appraisals (20%); Past Performance (20%); Capacity (10%). Estimated price rage is $25,000 to $100,000.
