R -- SECURITY SERVICES SOL HQ-98-03 DUE 022798 POC Albert Dainton, 202-305-7846 The Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) has a requirement to acquire security services for INS facilities located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The contractor will be required to provide all protective service officers, supervision, training, transportation, equipment, supplies, and uniforms necessary to perform these services. These services will be required on a 24 hour a day basis, seven days a week. The contractor must possess a Top Secret Facility Clearance prior to proposal submittal. Additionally, it is anticipated that contractor personnel will have to possess Top Secret clearances prior to contract performance. This contract is anticipated to be an indefinite delvery, indefinite quantity requirements type contract. The period of performance consists of a base year, four one-year options, as well as a six month option to extend services.
