The work in these four areas consists of, but is not limited to, installation of approximately 770 lft of 4" PVC, 2250 lft of 6" PVC, and 900 lft of 2" PE sewer line; 19,000 cyds embankment; 5,000 syds riprap; raise, replace or install 14 manholes; verify, cap or raise 29 cleanouts, raise or install 6 residential or system lift stations; topsoil and seeding. THIS PROCUREMENT IS ISSUED UNRESTRICTED UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM (Public Law 100-656). SIC is 1629. The Small Business Size Standard is $17 Million. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitations will be available on approximately 30 JAN 98.
