Kerr L&D Powerhouse Roofs: Replace existing built-up roof, approximately 97,397 SF. R.S. Kerr L&D Control House Roof: Demo existing 2,083 SF roof and replace with 4/12 slope composition roof. Sardis Lake Project Office Roof: Demo existing 3,200 SF roof and replace with 4/12 slope composition roof. Broken Bow Powerhouse Roof: Demo and repair approximately 5 foot wide strip around perimeter of existing roof. Some non-friable asbestos removal will be required at Denison Dam Powerhouse. Removal of air-washer unit from roof at Webber Falls required. Estimated cost range of this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The project will be separated into several schedules, so multiple awards could be made. The plans and specifications will be available on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. It has been determined that the number of Compact Disks will be limited to one (1) per firm. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format. Compact Disks will be available on or about January 26, 1997. Requests must be made in writing to the Tulsa District, Corps of Engineers, PO Box 61, Tulsa, OK 74121-0061.
