Todd, Contracting Officer, 870/532-6550 Provide all labor, plant, equipment, tools, chemicals, materials, supplies, supervision, transportation, and other services necessary for removing all contents of the existing sewer digesters; washing thoroughly the walls, covers, and floors of each digester with clean water to remove all sludge, grit, scum, and other debris; and disposing of all solid materials removed from the digesters off government property in accordance with Federal, State of Arkansas, and local requirements. The work is located at the former Eaker Air Force Base in Blytheville, AR. Anticipated award is 17 February 1998 with a performance period of 30 calendar days.
