Plans and specifications will be available on 26 January 1998. Plans and specs for this project will be available and issued at no cost on CD-ROM media over the Internet at address http://ebsswd.wes.army.mil, as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS). EBS solicitation packages may be acquired in person from Plan Issue, by mail or by registration at the Internet website address listed above for $10.00 per CD-ROM disk. Telephone requests will not be accepted for solicitation packages. To request a solicitation package, follow the instructions as listed in ths previous advertisement for this project. Plan holders list will be available at the internet website address listed above. A limited number of hard copy paper plans and specs will available for a fee on a pre-ordered, pre-paid basis seven working days prior to pickup or mailing outside a 25 mile radius of Southwest Division. Requests in writing for hard copy solicitation packages must provide the same information provided above and in the original advertisement of this project. Hard copy plans and specs are available in half size bond media. The cost of each hard copy is $209.00. The fees are non-refundable.The duration of the contract is 365 days. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17 million. It is recommended the subcontracting plan goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting efforts.
