This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 1425-98-SQ-10-00100 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-02. This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The size standard is 500 employees and the standard industrial classification code is 2451. The Pacific Northwest Construction Field Office, Hermiston, Oregon, has a fixed-price requirement for furnishing, delivery, and installation of a 44' double-wide mobile home. Salient characteristics are as follows: approximately 1100 square feet (24'x44' or 24'x48'), 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2x6 construction, drywall construction, carpeting included (carpet should be a dark tan), stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher included, 200 amp breaker box, electric furnace, forced air, heat pump ready, taping and texturing included at setup, full-size doors, five-year warranty, color should be tan or light blue. Place of delivery will be Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Construction Field Office, 32784 W. Columbia Lane, Hermiston, Oregon. Required delivery date will be 30 days after award.
