This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 30008-012 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-02. This is not a small business set-aside. The solicitation line item is as follows: Item 1. Tube, Model/Part Number CW1603J2, 1 EA. The specific IBB requirement is for a tube to replace tube model/part number TH537.
