70 -- EMPTY CARTRIDGES FOR REMANUFACTURING OF LASER PRINTER CARTRIDGES SOL 1 PI-R-0960-98 DUE 021698 POC Marla Pope,Contracting Officer Federal Prison Industries intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple award type contract for the period of 3 years for various empty cartridges for the remanufacturing of laser printer cartridges. Three awards will be made from the solicitation. Descriptions/SOW, Minimum/Maximum dollar value, delivery order limitations, and any additional information necessary to submit a proposal will be identified in the solicitation. Delivery orders may be issued and delivered FOB destination from FCI, Fairton, NJ or UNICOR, BOP Taft Correctional Institute, Taft, CA. Delivery shall be made 30 days after receipt of order. The evaluation factors will be price and past performance. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors specified in the solicitation.
