Army TACOM-ARDEC is seeking sources with extensive field artillery
systems experience and facilities to support OPM Crusader with
technical and engineering support to include production engineering,
test and evaluation, modeling and simulation and battle lab
integration, product assurance, logistics, manprint, software
engineering, engineering design, system requirements analysis, system
engineering, configuration management, environmental engineering, cost
estimation, risk analysis; and program support including defense
acquisition management. Multiple awards will be considered. Separate
award or awards may be made for program support and for technical and
engineering support. The type contract or contracts contemplated are
time and material. Duration of contracts will be up to five years. Any
resulting contracts will require contractor to possess final Secret
level individual and facility security clearances based on favorable
security investigations. Those firms responding to this announcement by
providing acceptable information will be used to establish a source
list for a future solicitation. All interested firms, regardless of
size are encouraged to respond to this announcement. Companies must
indicate business size with their written response to this synopsis.
Companies with experience in the areas cited above should provide a
summary of their experience and capabilities within 15 days of this
publication. Responses should be as short and concise as possible. This
