This contract is for the provision of all labor, parts and test equipment required to maintain a Storagetek Automated Cartridge System (ACS) and peripherals, which provide mainframe automated information storage capabilities and the NearNet System in combination with ACS, providing automated storage management support. 2. All equipment is to be continued to be maintained in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards on a continuous basis. 3. Maintenance prices are to be established on a fixed monthly fee for services initiated during the Principal Period of Maintenance and an hourly (Per-Call maintenance) fee paid for services outside of the scope of the contract. 4. Location of equipment: Pearl Harbor, HI; Hickam AFB, HI; Yakota AB, Japan; FITCPAC, San Diego, CA 5. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. 6.
