It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period August 1, 1998 through July 31, 1999, plus two governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 11, 1998 at the Regional Office located at 525 South Griffin Street, room 403, Dallas, Texas 75202.
