The requirement in general is for the successful contractor to provide
all necessary supplies, equipment, services and labor to construct a
USPS-owned Silverado Station Post Office of approximately 22,300 sf on
a USPS-owned site of approximately 4 acres in the City of Las Vegas,
Nevada. The work consists of construction of a one story metal stud
structure, including mechanical, electrical, fire protection,
landscaping, site clearing, earthwork, concrete, masonry, structural
steel, rough carpentry, casework, exterior insulation finish system,
single ply roofing, roof accessories, sheet metal, and communication
alarm signal systems. The time for completion of construction is 240
calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued. The construction
cost range is: $2.5M to $2.8M. Only the following prequalified firms

Since this is a request for proposals, offers will not be publicly
opened. The number of offers received, the identify of the offerors,
the amount of any one offer, or relative standing of the offeror will
not be disclosed to anyone until after award of a contract is made and
the request is submitted in writing. All offerors are encouraged to
