The work consists of construction of a one story metal stud structure, including mechanical, electrical, fire protection, landscaping, site clearing, earthwork, concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, casework, exterior insulation finish system, single ply roofing, roof accessories, sheet metal, and communication alarm signal systems. The time for completion of construction is 240 calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued. The construction cost range is: $2.5M to $2.8M.
