This project includes furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operation in connection with renovation of Room 159, Building 13, Eglin AFB FL. In general, the work consists of the interior renovation of approximately 1,314 sf space to convert into a display room. The work consists of demolition, concrete floor patching, new metal stud walls, new finishes such as carpet, suspended acoustical ceiling, paint, doors and frames, cabinets, recessed floor outlets, data, lighting, and mechanical duct work. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment complete in accordance with the plans and specifications. Contract will be for a period of 120 calendar days. Bid open of 4 Mar 98 IS ONLY AN ESTIMATED DATE. Estimated dollar range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
