CONNECT EMCS 7 LEVEL DORM. Work consists of connecting Energy Management and Control Systems in 7 level dormitories. In building 1660, install fiber optic modem card, transformer for power and half can for housing. Install pigtails between existing communications fiber optic break out box and modem card. Connect modem to DDC controller. Run pigtails in 1/2" EMT. Install 18 AWG twisted wire with ground between mechanical room in building 1660 to mechanical room in building 1661. Connect to existing DDC controller. Program all EMCS PC Gateways and verify proper operation. Estimated cost of project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
